Lifestyle and eating habits play a major role in fertility and a healthy pregnancy. Our Nutrition & Yoga department offers exclusive diet and nutrition therapy for women from pre-conception through to nine months after childbirth.
Services include lactation guidance, post-natal counselling, and the management of conditions such as anaemia and gestational diabetes — all following ICMR recommendations, and complemented by yoga and meditation to support body and mind.
