We only collect what we need to respond to you:

• Information you give us — when you submit the appointment / enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and any message you choose to include.
• Interaction data — when you tap a “Call” or “WhatsApp” button on the site, we record that the tap happened (and the page it came from) so we can understand demand and follow up. This does not include the content of any call or chat.
• Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider processes limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) to operate the site securely.
